Spaghetti Sauce

This is adapted from a recipe I found online. I made it one time and it was pretty good so I am going to mention the types of tomato sauce I added for this particular batch. Feel free to use something else. I used these this time because they were what I had.

Cover the bottom of the pan with Olive oil and add three cloves of crushed or minced garlic. Let it it while you chop up a medium onion. Heat the oil until the garlic bubbles and then add in the onions. Cook the onions down and later add in some Oregano and Basil. Cook it a while longer then add a 6 ounce can of italian style tomato paste and a can of water. Cook it down a while then add a 15 Ounce can of italian style diced tomatoes and another can of water and simmer it a while longer. Add in some Oregano, Basil and Parsley. Get creative. Now add in a 26 ounce can of crushed tomatoes and two 15 ounce cans of italian style tomato sauce. Simmer it until it is done. You can add more spices to taste. I like to add frozen Italian meat balls.
