Romano's Macaroni Grill Rosemary Bread Recipe

3 1/2 Cups Flour
1 1/2 Teaspoon Yeast
1 Teaspoon Salt
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
1 1/2 Cup milk that has been nuked for 1 minute
1 Tablespoon fresh or bottle Rosemary

Combine all of the above in mixer and let it knead pretty good. Form the dough into a lump like they do at the restaurant and let the bread raise for about a half hour then bake it for about 30-40 minutes at 350 on a Pizza stone if you have one. If not improvise.

Drizzle the bread with Olive oil and coat it with Kosher Salt. You may have to get some Kosher salt. It is the big stuff they use on pretzels and it looks authentic on the bread.

Dip bread in olive oil and fresh cracked black pepper.
