Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe


2 C brown sugar [packed]
2 1/2 C granulated sugar
1 C Evaporated milk
1 stick butter
pinch salt
1 C chunky peanut butter
1 pt marshmallow fluff
12 Ounces almond bark
1 tsp vanilla 


Mix first 5 ingredients in 4qt heavy pan. Cook over moderate heat stirring all the while. Begin timing when mixture comes to boil and continue cooking for 8 min
Pour cooked mixture over remaining ingredients that should be in a large mixing bowl. Beat it all together by hand until thoroughly mixed. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan and cool
