CRUST
6 Whole Graham Crackers (ground)
1/2 Stick Butter
1/4 cup powdered Sugar
1 Tbl Cinnamon
Mix and pat into a 9" Spring form pan
CHEESECAKE
4 - 8 Ounce packages of Cream Cheese (Lite is even good)
5 Eggs
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
1 Tbl Vanilla
3 Tbl Lemon Juice
Pinch of Salt
Bake at 350 for 55-60 minutes. Cool 15 Minutes
Optional - Sour Cream Topping
1 Pint Sour Cream
2 Tbl Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
Juice of 1/2 of a Lemon
Pour over cheesecake. Bake and additional 7 Minutes.
