3/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
One stick butter
Heat sugar and butter to boiling, stirring constantly.
Boil over medium heat, stirring constantly for 7-8 minutes.
While all that is going on, chop up 1 cup of Pecans very fine and place them in a buttered 13x9 pan or cookie sheet.
As soon as the boiling is complete pour the mixture over the nuts and try to spread it around quickly because it sets pretty fast.
Cover the hot toffee with chocolate chips and let the toffee melt the chips. Spread the chocolate around once it is melted and place in the fridge covered for a few minutes. Break apart and enjoy.
